(PS1) Vagrant Story

Developed by the team responsible for Final Fantasy Tactics, Vagrant Story is an action rpg released in 2000.
It’s a unique title because unlike other role playing games there are no shops, no interaction with other characters and the player has no party but plays always solo.
Focused on weapon creation and modification and using a third person perspective, the player controls Ashley and can jump, push crates and cubes and solve puzzles. The battle system is similar to Parasite Eve, a spherical grid let the player choose which body part of the enemy to attack and chaining different attacks grants a huge damage.
