The game is a port of Tecmo World Cup released for arcades in 1990, some new features are : England and Spain instead of USA and Soviet Union as playable national teams, 8 teams from Japanese J-League, different weather conditions (sunny, snow, rain) and 3 different tactic formations (normal, offensive, defensive) which can be selected before the match.
It was released only in Japan.
