SEGA 3D mecha fighting games returned in 1998 first released on Model 3 system and then ported to Naomi, consequently the Dreamcast version was released a year later.
The story starts 20 years after the event seen in the first episode, now the humans have to fight against Tangram, an unknown AI that want to destroy them; Tangram infected Earth’s mother computer and hacked all system except for the player’s one (what a coincidence) so in order to save humanity the player has to defeat all VRs and stop Tangram (there are two different endings).
As the previous episode, Oratorio Tangram shines when played with the Twin Stick, but in general is a perfect conversion from the original arcade game.
Not released in Europe.
